Customer Care

Our Readers/Customers are important to us. Alongside myself, Amazon, and other distribution channels we make sure that you will receive your order(s) in a timely manner. 

Sometimes there are orders available on hand and other times we have to order and ship through Amazon, BAM, Barnes & Noble, and etc. This may take some time because of print on demand. After purchasing item(s) you will receive several emails:

  1. one to let you know the order was received,

  2. the second is to let you know the order is being processed & what channel your item is coming from, and

  3. the last email will provide you with a tracking number and when you will receive your order.

When ordered through website & books/merchandise are available: Ships in 1-3 business days

When an item(s) aren’t available and we order through Amazon & other distribution channels: 1-2 weeks

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:

If item(s) is/are received damaged, please alert us immediately (the day of receiving it). If we are not contacted via phone or email the day of delivery we will assume the product arrived in mint condition. We will issue a return at no cost to customer. If you purchased clothing that’s too small or too big please return for exchange for the right size. **Note, customer is responsible for return cost** We asked that you measure and/or size clothing to fit so you will order the correct size. 

Return Policy:

All sales are final. Unless item(s) were received damaged then we are not able to issue money back. We apologize for any inconvenience. If book wasn’t satisfactory, we asked that you leave a review through one of the social media sites listed on the right of the page.
